A Milford based Councillor has said vacant HSE properties could be converted into social housing.
Currently the HSE own 10 vacant properties in Donegal, and 200 nationally.
Cllr Declan Meehan has said these should be offered to other state agencies such as Donegal County Council to help housing need.
