Donegal TD Pearse Doherty and Tanaiste Simon Harris have clashed in the Dail over flood relief schemes.
Deputy Doherty, Sinn Fein’s Finance Spokesperson, asked the Tanaiste why only a small proportion of the flood relief schemes promised over 10 years ago when he was an OPW minister have been delivered.
As the Tanaiste answered, Deputy Doherty, interjected on a number of occasions, prompting Leas Ceann Comhairle John McGuinness to intervene……..
