Approximately €4,500 of suspected cocaine was seized from a home in Doochary on Thursday.
The operation, carried out by the Donegal Divisional Drugs Unit, led to the arrest of a man in his 50s, who has since been released on bail. A court appearance is pending.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information regarding the supply or sale of drugs in the county to come forward.
