A man who was arrested in connection with the assault of two Gardaí in Letterkenny has been charged.
The man in his 30s is due before a special sitting of the Letterkenny District Court today.
Two officers were attacked on the Neil T. Blaney Road yesterday afternoon.
Both were taken to hospital and later discharged.
A woman in her 30s was also arrested in connection with the incident.
She’s been charged and released, and is due before a court next month.
