The latest Social Housing Construction Status Report has confirmed that 1,314 new-build social homes are now in the delivery pipeline for Donegal.
According to the report, 474 homes were under construction across the county as of Q4 of 2025, with a further 840 units at design or tender stage.
Nationally, 22,949 new-build social homes are in the delivery process with 9,703 under construction and a further 13,246 units at design or tender stage.
