
Adult educators are the latest group in the education sector to enter a dispute with the government over pay and working conditions.
The Adult Education Teachers Organisation says many members face insecure contracts, reduced income during breaks and unequal treatment compared to other education roles.
They are calling for restored funding, contract reform and parity in pay and conditions, while urging Minister James Lawless to act.
