A Garda patrol car was rammed in the early hours of Sunday morning in Slavery.
An Garda Síochána say at around 3:55am, officers were responding to reports of a quad being driven dangerously from Buncrana towards Cockhill.
The quad is understood to have approached the Garda vehicle from behind at speed and collided with it, causing damage but no injuries.
Anyone who observed the quad in the area is asked to contact Gardaí in Buncrana.
