CCPC warns of potential pitfalls with holiday car rental

 

Four in 10 people have had issues with their car rental on holidays.

A new survey from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission found long wait times, hidden fees and the car not being as described were the top issues.

It’s warning holiday-goers to double check rental agreements, including the fuel policy, and always take photos of the inside and outside of the car.
