Fishing vessel owners are being reminded that the deadline for a fuel support scheme is this Friday.
The €15 million scheme is aimed at helping the sector with rising fuel costs, with over 400 applications already submitted.
A recent change also means fuel bought outside Ireland is now eligible, including retrospectively.
The support is designed to assist the industry during a busy time in the fishing calendar.
