The Waterfront Hotel in Dungloe has been taken off the market.
The West Donegal hotel had gone on sale for just under €5 million last year.
Director of the Waterfront Hotel, Pat Boyle, has confirmed to Highland Radio news that funding has recently become available after offers they received did not meet their expectations.
Mr. Boyle says they have plans to upgrade the hotel, which include new rooms and a spa:
