Police in Omagh are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision between a car and a tractor on the Greenmount Road in Sixmilecross.
The collision happened at around 4.50am on Friday last and involved a blue tractor with machinery attached to the back.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed the collision, or who was driving a tractor on the road at the time, to contact 101.
