IFA calls for targeted supports during ongoing dry spell

The Irish Farmers’ Association says an emergency plan is needed to deal with a potential shortage of fodder supplies.

It’s calling for targeted supports to help farmers struggling during the ongoing dry spell.

The association wants the Minister for Agriculture to call a meeting of the Fodder Crisis Committee.
