Finnbarr Roarty rocks Donegal GAA with AFL move: Brendan Kilcoyne says its a huge move but a big blow

Highland’s GAA Analyst Brendan Kilcoyne says Finnbarr Roarty’s move to Australia is a big blow to Donegal, Naomh Conaill and Ulster University.

The 2025 Young Player of the Year has signed a two year contract with AFL side Collingwood and will depart down under after the Donegal Senior Championship Final.

Finnbarr follows in the footsteps of Kobe McDonald who headed to the AFL after Mayo’s All Ireland Final win.

Brendan has been telling Oisin Kelly it’s an exciting move for Finnbarr but its a huge blow to others.
