The national cyber security centre and security services are among the agencies investigating bomb threats at several media organisations.
A hoax bomb threat email was sent to RTÉ, Bauer Media, Virgin Media and others at around half eight this morning.
Hundreds were forced to evacuate, however all staff have returned to their offices following advice from Gardaí.
