Rural and Community Development Minister Calleary has confirmed over €5.6 million nationally to support small upgrade and refurbishment works at community centres.
Almost €296,000 being shared between 18 community centres in Donegal.
Welcoming the allocations, Deputy Pat the Cope Gallagher says the funding will support a wide range of improvement works, including energy efficiency upgrades, accessibility improvements, community facility enhancements, fire safety works and refurbishment projects.
