People in Buncrana are being encouraged to learn how to perform CPR as part of World Restart a Heart Day.
Buncrana Community First Responder Group will be at SuperValu in the town today from 3 until 7pm, offering members of the public the chance to practise CPR using training aids.
No booking or previous experience is needed, with the group aiming to show people how to perform CPR in just one minute.
Stephen Doherty is an advanced paramedic and training co-ordinator with the First Responders Group.
