Donegal County Council has joined the SeaEurope initiative, which is being described as a “transnational sustainable tourism route”.
The project is intended to connect European coastal destinations with a rich marine biodiversity, and vivid seas.
Joy Harron of Donegal Tourism says this is a new and exciting partnership of regions, which will include new resources which can help to effectively market Donegal’s unique marine character and suitability as a destination for nature tourism.
