Finn Harps continue pre-season with a convincing win in Athlone

Premier League side Finn Harps stepped up their fitness with a 4-2 victory against Athlone in Mullingar on Saturday afternoon.
Ahead of the new season, Harps took the lead through Tony McNamee but Athlone made it 1-1 and that remained the score at half-time.
Goalscorer McNamee was replaced at the start of the second half by Harps legend Kevin McHugh and immediately changed things as Packie Mailey put Harps 2-1 up on 65 minutes.
Liam Flatley made it 3-1 to Harps before Athlone pulled one back, but Michael Rafter secured the win as the Donegal men ran out 4-2 winners.
