Tyrone’s Joe McMahon could be set to make a surprise return to action in Sunday’s Ulster Football Championship quarter-final against Derry.
He has not played for the Red Hands since last year’s All-Ireland semi-final defeat to Kerry, but took part in in an in-house training game at the weekend.
McMahon is unlikely to start, but his availability would be a huge boost to Tyrone following a lengthy absence due to a groin injury.
His younger brother Justin is in line to start at Celtic Park. He took a full part in the weekend training game, a week after suffering a hamstring twinge during a club game.
Tiernan McCann is also fit to start, following a hamstring scare, while Darren McCurry has returned to full fitness after missing the National League Division Two final last month due to an ankle injury.
