HighlandTV: James Cullen returns to the Donegal Rally 25 years on from his first victory

James Cullen will return to the stages of the Joule Donegal International Rally next weekend on the 25th anniversary of his maiden win.
In 1991 James and co driver Ellen Morgan took their pink Ford Serria to victory and to mark the occasion a band of fans  have been fundraising to get the two-time  winner back on the roads of Donegal.
James will compete in a Ford Escort Mark II and will have Damien Connolly as his assistant for their 2016 expedition.
