Former League of Ireland manager Sean Connor says Ireland lost to Belgium because they were outclassed.
The Boys In Green were well beaten 3-0 against the Red Devils at Euro 2016 in Bordeaux on Saturday.
Sean said Ireland went into the game with lots enthusiasm following their opening draw with Sweden.
But he said Ireland’s players lack the quality of Belgium’s top players.
He told Sunday Sport presenter Myles Gallagher that it will be difficult now for Ireland to qualify beyond the group stages but maybe Ireland might get a bit of luck…
