Ciara Mageean has returned home with her bronze medal she won at the European Championships in Amsterdam yesterday.
The Portaferry girl and the rest of the Irish team, who were under the management of Finn Valley’s Patsy Mc Gonagle arrived back at Dublin airport this morning.
Mageean finished third in a time of 4.33.78 in the women’s 1500 metres final- just .02 short a silver medal.
