Disappointment for Donegal boxers in Dublin

There was disappointment for two Donegal boxers in Dublin today.
Letterkenny boxer John McDonagh was in action against Brian Kennedy of Daingean club St Mary’s.
It was a 81kgs semi-final bout of the National Senior Championships in Dublin.
John lost 3-0.
John won his quarter-final bout by winning 3-0 against Michael Frayne of Dublin club St Mary’s.
In the 91kgs section, Illies Golden Gloves boxer Davit Tsotoria was fighting Marcin Skalski (Athlone / Leos).
Davit lost 2-1 after winning the first round.
The finals are next Friday.
