Mickey Harte says he’s sceptical over Donegal’s plan to field the county’s U21 team in next month’s Dr McKenna Cup.
The Tyrone boss expects some of Rory Gallagher’s seasoned campaigners to feature in the competition, which sees the Red Hands compete in the same group as Donegal, Cavan and Ulster University.
Reports from the county suggest that Gallagher plans to give his squad an extended break ahead of the National Football League.
But Harte says he’ll believe that when he sees the final squad lists, which are subject to change up until a late stage…
