A Donegal Deputy is calling on the Communications Minister to put measures in place to tackle the poor mobile phone coverage throughout the country.
Deputy Charlie McConalogue is proposing a universal service obligation to guarantee a minimum standard for mobile phone services throughout the state.
He says Donegal in particular has been subject to highly inadequate phone coverage and that is completely unacceptable:
