Round 2 of the North West cricket season kicked off yesterday, but not all games could be played because of the Irish national team facing England in Lords. The game between Donemana and Ardmore was not played to allow travelling support for the Irish team.
Coleraine and Brigade took full advantage of this as they recorded wins over Bready and Drummond respectively. Eglinton recorded a win over the Premiership newcomers Fox Lodge in the day’s other fixture.
This is now what the table looks like after the second round of matches..
Coleraine 2 2 0 0 0 10 50
Brigade 2 2 0 0 0 8 48
Bready 2 1 0 0 1 5 25
Eglinton 2 1 0 0 1 4 24
Donemana 1 1 0 0 0 3 23
Fox Lodge 2 0 0 0 2 5 5
Ardmore 1 0 0 0 1 0 0
Drummond 2 0 0 0 2 0 0
