The Donegal Road Safety Officer is warning motorists in Donegal to adhere to the basic rules and regulations of the road.
It’s after Gardai in Letterkenny stopped a car at a routine checkpoint yesterday with the motorist found to have no driving licence or insurance.
The vehicle has been seized with court proceedings to follow.
