Donegal Deputy Pat the Cope Gallagher has expressed his disappointment as the Constitunecy Commission recommends that Donegal remain unchanged.
Previous calls were made for the county to be reunited as one single Dail Constituency.
The Constituency Commission has proposed that the Donegal constituency remain unchanged with South Donegal forming part of the Sligo-Leitrim constituency.
