Omagh beat Ardboe to move into Tyrone quarters

St Enda’s Omagh came through their Tyrone Senior Football Championship first round tie against Ardboe on Thursday to set up a quarter final with Greencastle this Sunday.
In the first ever Tyrone championship game to be played outside of the county, Omagh won 1-16 to 1-11 at the Athletic Grounds in Armagh.
Conan Grugan scored Omagh’s goal 14 minutes into the first half while the impressive Conor O’Donnell kicked 0-7.
