A Donegal Senator is highlighting the fact that there is still no redress scheme for families in Counties Donegal and Mayo affected by defective concrete blocks in their homes. That’s despite the fact that the the Mica Expert Group report published in July recommended a scheme be put in place.
Senator Padraig Mac Lochlainn wil raise the issue once again in the Seanad later today.
He says affected homeowners have waited long enough for a resolution……..
