22 people waiting for a bed at LUH

 

There were 22 people awaiting in-patient beds this morning at Letterkenny University Hospital this morning according to the latest trolley watch report.
Four people were on trolleys in its Emergency Department while a further 18 were waiting on wards.
The number is down two on yesterday’s figure of 24.
University Hospital Limerick was the most overcrowded this morning with 52 people waiting there.
Nationally, there were 542 people waiting at hospitals across the country today.
