A leading family lawyer in the North is calling on the Stormont Executive to introduce clear guidelines for parents about leaving children at home alone.
It comes after the social services in Dungannon, Co. Tyrone intervened when 4 children, aged between 5 and 14, were left at home when their parents went on holiday.
