The new Finn Valley College opens this morning, after a delay in certification meant classes had to start in the old building last Wednesday.
The VEC took formal posession of the new building on Friday evening. Work to construct a footpath is continuing, with interim measures in place which Donegal County Council is warning could cause some traffic delays.
