Work is said to be progressing on the delivery of Master Plans for a number of small towns and villages in Donegal.
Donegal County Council is currently examining a number of sites for regeneration with the towns and villages in question with the work being carried out on a phased basis.
Phase one will cover Ballybofey / Stranorlar, Ballyshannon, Dungloe, Buncrana, and Milford, while Phase two will cover Falcarragh, Carndonagh, Lifford, Ramelton, and Kilmacrennan.
Cllr Albert Doherty says the plan is crucial for bringing life back into rural areas and is hoping for progress by the end of next year…………
