Temperatures could reach 31 degrees in parts of the country this week, as the spell of good weather continues.
29.5 degrees was recorded in Galway at the weekend – the hottest so far this year.
Met Eireann says all areas will see sunny and warm conditions this week with a weather advisory in place until Friday.
