Gardai are studying CCTV footage are part of their investigating into an armed robbery at a service station in Liscooly.
Last evening two men entered the premises close to Castlefin, at least one of the men was armed and threatened staff.
The men took the shop’s till which contained an undisclosed some of cash before escaping in a Northern Registration vehicle in the direction of the border.
It is understood personal items from a shop assistant on duty were also taken – she is said to be shaken but physically unharmed.
