Inland Fisheries Ireland have announced a recruitment drive to appoint new Seasonal Fisheries Officers in Donegal.
As part of a national campaign the agency plans to hire 49 seasonal fisheries officers with 6 posts in Donegal.
Seasonal Fisheries Officers from Donegal will join operations teams over the summer for a six month period to help protect, conserve and develop fisheries resources working in and around lakes, rivers and coastlines.
The agency plans to launch a second recruitment drive later in the year for Seasonal Research Assistants.
