Investigations are ongoing following an early morning attack in Ballyshannon.
A man in his 30s was assaulted in the area at around 1:30am this morning.
He was taken to Sligo University Hospital for treatment to his injuries.
No arrests have yet been made.
Gardai say investigations are ongoing.
