A man is due before Derry Magistrates Court charged in connection with a fire in the city this week.
The 73-year-old has been charged with arson, and arson endangering life with intent.
The fire was reported in a house on Chamberlin Street at around 10.20pm.
There were no injuries, and the fire did not spread to any other buildings.
