Motorists urged to take care on roads over Bank Holiday

There’s a call on motorists to be cautious on the roads this Bank Holiday weekend.

Gardai and the Road Safety Authority have made the joint appeal, with special focus on vulnerable road users.

20 people have died and 94 have been seriously injured over the past five June Bank Holiday weekends.
