Child Law Project shows concern for lack of services

A nine year old boy from Dublin was placed into a care setting the North West on 48 hours notice.

It’s one of the of the examples given in the latest Child Law Project report.

Judge Dermot Simms wrote to Ministers and State bodies to draw attention to the placement of children in unsuitable accommodation.
