A draft budget of €120,000 for next year has been passed for the Glenties Municipal District.
It’s made up of an allocation of €20,000 per elected member of the MD.
All but one Councillor supported the proposed budget.
Councillor Micheal Choilm MacGiolla Easbuig was in opposition on the grounds that more funding is needed for the West of the county:
