Survey figures show 39% of Irish workers believe bullying in the workplace is an issue

Irish bosses are being urged to ‘step up’ when it comes to tackling bullying in the workplace.

A survey out today shows 39 percent of workers believe bullying is an issue – with 3 in 4 witnessing discrimination, verbal abuse and racism.
