Threshold isn’t surprised not many tenants are applying for the Rent Tax Credit.
It says one reason is renters may be afraid to claim for it.
Fewer than 65,000 people have claimed it out of a total 400,000 who are eligible, that’s according to reports by thejournal.ie.
