Derry City assistant manager Paul Hegarty believes that their performance was “an added bonus” as they defeated Waterford 3-0 at the Ryan McBride Brandywell Stadium.
Waterford came to the north-west on the back of a good run so this was a good result for City after a disappointing display against Dundalk.
