Gardaí in Milford responded to reports of dangerous driving in Rathmullen last night.
As a result, one driver was arrested and their vehicle was seized.
The motorist in question had no tax, NCT, or insurance.
A garda spokesperson has thanked members of the public who reported the incident, emphasizing the importance of keeping the roads safe.
