Due to a road traffic collision, the R246 (Kerrykeel to Portsalon road) is closed from Kerrykeel to Carlan.
The local side road is also closed.
Motorists travelling to Portsalon are asked to travel via Rathmullen or Glenvar and motorists travelling to Fanad are asked to use Mulroy Bridge.
The road will remain closed overnight.
