118 children on waiting lists for mental health services in Donegal

It has been revealed that there are 118 children in Donegal who are on waiting lists for mental health services.

They have been waiting between three and twelve months.

The data was released to Deputy Pearse Doherty, who is contesting for Sinn Fein on Friday’s General Election.

He says if elected his party would introduce a new Child and Youth Mental Health Service that would offer provisions until the age of 25:
