The man accused of killing a health insurance boss in the US has been charged with murder as an act of terrorism.

Luigi Mangione is suspected of the shooting of Brian Thompson in New York earlier this month.
The indictment accuses him of murdering Mr. Thompson with the intent of trying to ‘influence the policy of a unit of government by intimidation or coercion’.
