Gardai are promising increased patrols and checkpoints in Donegal over the course of the rally weekend.
Speaking to Highland Radio News at a special launch of their policing operation today, Chief Superintendent Goretti Sheridan said the next few days are among the busiest of the year for the force in Donegal:
The PSNI will be working in collaboration with Gardaí, given the close proximity of the rally to the border.
